These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Grapes Pakistan, including its subsidiaries Grapes Men’s Salon and Grapes Tax Consultancy. By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. General
- Grapes Pakistan operates multiple businesses including lifestyle, grooming, and consultancy services.
- By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
2. Services
- Salon Services: Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or health/safety concerns.
- Tax Consultancy: All advice is provided based on the information you supply. Grapes Pakistan will not be liable for consequences of incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
3. Payments
- All payments must be made in full at the time of service (salon) or as per agreed consultancy contract.
- We accept multiple payment methods, but availability may vary.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Salon: Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Consultancy: Engagements may have separate cancellation/refund terms depending on the contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, images, and logos are the property of Grapes Pakistan. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Grapes Pakistan is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- For consultancy, our responsibility is limited to providing professional advice based on the details you provide.
7. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse our services for unlawful purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.
9. Amendments
Grapes Pakistan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
